This flexible vinyl material provides excellent dimensional stability and tear resistance and is commonly used as covering material for binders, portfolios and a variety of sleeves. Virgin vinyl is available in gauges that range from 12 to 20 pt. and in a wide range of colors that include clear and matte clear. Virgin vinyl can be offset screen printed, stamped, debossed, appliquéd and molded into unique shapes and textures.

Polyethylene and Polypropylene are durable, semi-rigid plastic material that will not wrinkle and can withstand severe temperature swing. They perfect material for plastic binders and boxes, product and promotional packaging, displays and whenever you have an application that requires durable lightweight material, such as long-life flexible hinges.

Polystyrene is used to make rigid, durable products such as compact disc jewel cases, audio tape cases, appliances, cutlery, food containers and toys. It can be molded and extruded to fit a variety of shapes and sizes and it maintains its strength and shape over long periods of time. In sheet form, Polystyrene is used to create phone cards and indoor displays. This versatile material – which is less expensive than rigid vinyl - is simple to bend and die-cut and can be color matched in matte and gloss finishes. Polystyrene is also used for packing materials such as expanded and extruded foams.

This rigid, printable material can be die-cut, guillotine cut, folded, glued, welded, embossed, punched, laminated and thermoformed and it offers superior puncture and tear strength as well as dimensional stability. It is available in clear and white. A similar high gloss material is also available in clear and white.

When your project requires higher quality material, this extremely clear, impact resistant polyester is ideal. Printable with standard screen printing inks, P.E.T.G can be used for retail displays, interior signage, packaging, covers, trays, tubes. Key features of P.E.T.G. include:
